Police Chief Provides Update on Case

Korean police have promised to speed up the investigation into the HYBE X ADOR case, which has ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin as the main suspect.

This Monday (7), during a press conference, the Seoul Police Chief, Cho Ji Hopromised to prioritize the investigation of the case HYBE, which captured the attention of K-Pop fans and the Korean public. In his speech, he updates the investigation that is still ongoing:

There have been no significant discoveries in the investigation so far. We are currently reviewing the records. Just because the amount was not reported does not mean the process is useless. It is up to us to highlight the value.

The case began when the president of HYBEthe largest company that manages K-Pop groups, Bang Si-hyuk, accused the CEO of the subsidiary record company LOVE, Min Hee Jinof trying to take full control of the company, as it only owns 20% of the record company.

Until then, HYBE sued ADOR executives and the CEO Min Hee Jin on charges of breach of trust. During a press conference, Min Hee Jin refuted the accusations. Since April 22, the reputation of HYBE and its artists has been at stake, including control of the girl group NewJeans.
