Lauren Sanchez’s “no makeup” (but natural) selfie for the Met Gala

Jeff Bezos’ companion was invited to Anna Wintour’s Met Gala this Monday, May 6, 2024. For the occasion, she played the celebrity game, dressed in the theme of the season (“Sleeping Beauties: Awakening Fashion”) in a floral Oscar de la Renta gown, with plenty of photos on her Instagram account. In her stories, Lauren Sanchez also shared photos of her getting ready with the likes of Riley Keon, Ashley Graham, and Lisa Rinna.

So she revealed the selfie, “No makeup… no filter… Just @thebeautysandwich.” Understand “No makeup… no filter… Only the talent of @thebeautysandwich!” So we find her with bare, glowing skin, a white headband in her hair… and Russian-style eyelash extensions that rhyme with anything but “natural.” Especially since her lips have obviously had injections to make them plumper. Sure, there may be no makeup or filters, but Lauren Sanchez still had a few tricks up her sleeve before offering her “bare face” to the lens.

Behind her beauty is actually face specialist Ivan Paul, who takes care of Kim Kardashian, Emma Stone and Meg Ryan in particular. The latter also shared several photos of his client on his account. In the caption, she also details Lauren Sanchez’s skin preparation process using Chanel products, as well as products from her own personal line, the amusingly named Amuse-Bouche or Secret Sauce.

What’s certain is that when it comes to beauty, Lauren Sanchez prefers to play the (somewhat) moderate card, preferring to leave plenty of room for her outfits, each more extravagant than the last.
