49-year-old and even more muscular David Beckham reveals his gym session in his birthday video

Posh always has a sense of sharing. Victoria Beckham congratulated her husband David Beckham on social media this Thursday, May 2, by posting several photos and videos of her husband. In the story, we find the ex-footballer, now 49, shirtless in his shorts, doing a bodybuilding demonstration at his gym. His amused wife comments behind the camera. “The one whose birthday it is, played sports. He’s fit.” As her husband continues to show off his muscles, Victoria Beckham laughs “oh my god” before wishing him a happy birthday. Posh always has a sense of sharing.

This is not the first time that the latter publishes half-naked images of her husband after sports training. Along with this video, the fashion designer also published her and her husband’s photos. Judging by their looks and cut, one of them, in her Instagram story, is clearly vintage. “Happy birthday David. I love that we really grow old together. You are not far behind me. You are everything to us. The best father and husband. We all love you so much,” she captioned a recent snap, referring to their four children Brooklyn (25), Romeo (21), Cruz (19) and Harper Sven (12). One of these photos shows them hugging on Victoria Beckham’s birthday, who recently celebrated her 50th birthday on April 17.

If at this moment David Beckham celebrated his 49th birthday in the company of his three children and Victoria, as the latter’s stories always testify, then he, in turn, celebrated his 50th birthday with great pomp. To mark the occasion, the former Spice Girls singer threw a big party themed around The Great Gatsby. The cost of the evening was also as extravagant as the theme, costing no less than £250,000. Among the approximately 100 guests were famous celebrities such as Eva Longoria, Tom Cruise, chef Gordon Ramsay, Marc Anthony and his husband Nadia Ferreira, Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham.
