Wanting to start a heart at home is good, but knowing how to do it is even better. Despite the explosion of exercise at home since the Covid-19 pandemic and its subsequent restrictions, it can be difficult to navigate and discover the most effective exercises to burn fat and build effective muscle. Cardio training or cardio corresponds to heart training. Through a series of more or less intense exercises, the heart rate increases rapidly; then the body burns calories and fat. “The advantage of doing cardio at home is that there are a lot of exercises to do, we don’t need a lot of space or equipment, and you just have to put on your sneakers,” says fitness trainer Julie Pujols Benoit.
