In a recent interview with EW, the actor spoke about his role in the new Fantastic Four, in addition to praising Chris Evans; look!
The actor Joseph Quinninterpreter of the Human Torch in this new generation of ‘Fantastic Four’ said in an interview with E.W. how much you admire the work of Chris Evans on paper, which was his between 2005 and 2007. Furthermore, the artist revealed, in detail, what the process of working on the film is like.
“I remember really enjoying Chris Evans’ performance as Johnny in those films. That’s part of why I thought the opportunity to play him was so interesting. I said ‘yes’ right away, and I intend to play the character of my way — but it’s impossible to deny that I have a great legacy to honor.
I knew they were talking about doing the Fantastic Four in the Marvel Universe for a while. I had a conversation with [o diretor] Matt [Shakman]and it was very clear to the kind of people they were attributing to the film what they were trying to do with it.
Working with Vanessa, Pedro, Evan — they are consummate professionals and brilliant in everything they do. So I’m really looking forward to establishing that family dynamic with them and with Matt Shakman’s guidance.”
In addition to Joseph Quinn like the Human Torch, the new ‘Fantastic Four’ will feature Pedro Pascallike Mr. Fantastic, Ebon Moss-Bacharach as The Thing, and Vanessa Kirby like the Invisible Woman. Production will be directed by Matt Shakman (WandaVision) and will have the script written by Josh Friedman (Planet of the Apes: Reign).
It is important to highlight that the first films in the ‘Fantastic Four’ franchise, released between 2005-2007 and 2015, are available through the Disney+ streaming service. Filming for the new feature film will begin later this year, in the American summer, with release scheduled for the second half of 2025.
