His wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones, took advantage of the opportunity to publish a story on her Instagram page, where three generations are gathered in the sun in casual clothes.

Cameron Douglas’ dark past
The event, which is quite rare, testifies to the complicity that characterizes the family relations of this famous Hollywood dynasty. A few years ago, Cameron Douglas admitted his struggles living in the Hollywood shadow of his father and his grandfather, Kirk Douglas. The young man told about it in 2019 on the set of the American ABC news channel, in the presence of Michael Douglas. Immersed in drug addiction, he began robbing stores at gunpoint, then by 2009 was dealing drugs.
Sentenced to seven years in prison in 2011, he received an additional four years for possession of cocaine and heroin. A dark period that then affected the entire family. “It’s been a nightmare that’s lasted eighteen years,” Michael Douglas announced on the set of ABC NEWS. “My career came first,” he admitted. “My marriage was not going well. I had to focus on my family (…)”. Relations that seem to have completely changed today.
