“Kep1er is preparing for a new album. We are currently in positive discussions with each member’s agency to extend the group’s contract,” WAKEONE revealed in response to the article (via Soompi).
As revealed in the statement, the agency has not yet given up on renewing with the group, and continues to try to negotiate with each member’s individual companies. However, if WAKEONE is unable to reach an agreement, the girl group is expected to cease activities on July 3rd, with the next release being their farewell album.
