Brian Peckthe producer who abused Drake, was arrested in 2003 and convicted in 2004 of child sexual abuse after not denying any of the 11 charges, also involving other cases besides the actor. As reported by People, the criminal was registered as a sexual offender, and remained in prison for 16 months, being released in 2005. Today, according to TMZ, Peck lives freely in Los Angeles, California.
