Remember what Isabella and Phineas’ ending was at the end of “Phineas and Ferb”, the classic animated series released by Disney Channel
Launched in 2007, “Phineas and Ferb” is one of Disney Channel’s most popular animations. The production follows the adventures of brothers Phineas and Ferb, who enjoy their summer vacation in a slightly different way — creating unbelievable constructions in their own backyard.
Last year, the beloved production, which remained on air until 2015, received the announcement that two new seasons would be produced. The revelation was made by Ayo Davispresident of Disney’s TV division, who also confirmed the return of Dan Povernmirecreator and producer of the animation.
“Dan is known for his ability to create beloved stories and characters with heart and humor. We couldn’t be happier to continue our collaboration with him and bring back Phineas and Ferb,” Davis said at a press conference.
So far, there is no information about when the 40 new episodes will be released. However, something that many fans may be looking forward to is that, after almost a decade since the end of the series, we will finally be able to see what the lives of the beloved characters are like.
One of the points that should draw the public’s attention is the relationship between Phineas and Isabella since, during the original version, the girl always demonstrated that she was in love with the protagonist, who never noticed her neighbor’s feelings.
Do Phineas and Isabella stay together?
During the fourth season, we have a small spoiler about the future of the characters in one of the episodes, where we finally find out what happens to Phineas and Isabella.
In it, everyone is already an adult and about to go to college. Phineas, who started to develop romantic feelings for his friend in high school, decides to come out to Isabella before she leaves for university. The two seal the moment with a kiss, and the boy decides to go study at the same institution as his beloved: Faculdade Estadual dos Três Estados.
All seasons of “Phineas and Ferb” are available through the streaming platform Disney+.
