The Duchess of Sussex launched a new website and accompanying Instagram account this Thursday, March 14, called American Riviera Orchard, French for American Riviera Orchard. Currently, the Instagram page only shows the name of his new business, with Montecito written underneath, but the story features a short video. The title of this new project is full of references to Meghan Markle’s life. “The American Riviera” is the nickname given to Santa Barbara, California, where the Duchess lives with her husband and two children, Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibeth, 2. “Orchard” means “garden,” which could be a reference to the culinary theme that seems to dominate this new project. As for the name Montecito that appears on the logo, that is the neighborhood where Meghan and her family live.

It wasn’t the first time the Duchess had embarked on a lifestyle project, and food in particular. In 2014, he launched his blog, The Tig, on which he shared his favorite culinary and travel discoveries, as well as his personal reflections. The web address includes the latest news about the couple, their respective biographies, and links to the Archewell Foundation and the Archewell Productions Center.
