It is still unknown what the second season of Berlin will be about, as well as who will be producing the sequel.

Berlin, a spin-off of Money Heist, is returning to Netflix for a second season. This was reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

“Pedro Alonso’s iconic character returns with another heist and more love,” the release said.

It is known that the team of the main characters of the first season will return in the second season.

As for the premiere date of the new season, it has not yet been specified, but, according to the publication, you should not expect the release in the near future, because the sequel will start filming only in 2025.

It is noteworthy that in the week of its premiere, “Berlin” became the most popular TV series in the world and was in the top 10 in 91 countries. It currently ranks as the ninth most-watched non-English language series in Netflix history.

It was previously reported that director Todd Phillips has released new footage from the upcoming movie “Joker: Madness for Two.”

Filming has begun for the new season of Downton Abbey
