Under the heading “Confronting the Roots of Sexism”, we discover alarming numbers. 37% of women surveyed say they have had at least one “disagreement situation”, 28% of men aged 25-34 believe that “men are more comfortable. to be bosses” and nine out of ten women say they have personally experienced a sexist situation. 3 percent growth in one year
This alarming figure has increased by three percent in one year. Growth linked to younger generations, 25 to 34 year olds. Masculine reflexes and macho behavior are entrenched, especially among young adult males, while the attribution of women to the domestic sphere is restored,” CSI reads.
According to HCE, family, school and the Internet are three responsible for “sexism that ‘persists’ and even worsens, especially among young men.” Indeed, the body is worried about some of the TikTok trends that are developing, such as #TradWife (Traditional Wife) and #StayAtHomeGirlfriend (StayAtHomeGirlfriend), where women stage themselves as the perfect housewife, unemployed and caring. of children. It’s enough to sound the alarm.
