Fish, green vegetables and fresh cheese
The first meal revealed in the story immediately sets the tone. In a stainless steel food box, there are three small pieces of white fish, accompanied by a mixture of asparagus and broccoli visibly steamed in water or steam, and a wedge of lemon. In the next photo we find almost the same ingredients, but in more limited quantities: a piece of white fish and a pan of green asparagus. Finally, in the last photo, the white fish seems to have disappeared from his plate to be replaced by a scoop of fresh cheese paired with… broccoli.

“If you know, you know,” Hugh Jackman sums up in the caption. This Anglo-Saxon phrase is equivalent to the French acronym TMTC, which is an abbreviation of “you yourself know”, which expresses a common meaning for the group. Here, the Australian actor seems to sympathize with athletes who adopt an ultra-disciplined diet, even mocking the poverty of their meals. We’ll have to wait a few more months to see the results of this impressive effort on the big screen.
