Oksana Grudzinskaya was born in Moscow in the family of an architect. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts. Since 1947, Oksana Grudzinskaya worked in the experimental workshop of artistic ceramics of the Institute of Architecture of the Academy of Construction and Architecture of the Ukrainian SSR, headed by the outstanding artist, ceramic technologist Nina Ivanovna Fedorova (1907-1993) for 40 years. .
