“The Last Of Us”, an important 2023 series, lost all the categories it was competing for at the 2024 Golden Globes

“The Last Of Us” – Synopsis
Based on the video game franchise created by Neil Druckmann, “The Last Of Us” is a series released in 2023, by the HBO Max streaming service. The story is about a devastating pandemic future for humanity, where humans are on the brink of extinction. It all happens due to a virus capable of turning people into cannibals with just one bite.
The few survivors live traveling or remain trapped in government-protected quarantines. Joelthe protagonist of the series, is a survivor hired to take Ellie out of the quarantine zone. To do this, the duo must find a group of people who rebelled against the authorities.
On the way, they suspect that Ellie is infected with the virus, even if she does not show symptoms of the disease. So, they think that the girl’s immunity will be the key to finding a cure for the virus and saving humanity. Watch the production trailer below and be surprised!
