Korean media reveals that BLACKPINK’s Jisoo has joined her brother’s agency to manage her activities as a soloist
According to an exclusive from Xportnews, Jisoo, a member of BLACKPINK joined his older brother’s agency Blissoo. After the group’s members did not renew as soloists with YG Entertainment, a buzz arose about the artists’ new contracts. However, Jisoo was quick to choose a new company.
The end of the contract with YG Entertainment sparked rumors that Jisoo would join a new agency G-Dragon. However, the singer signed with Blissoo, her brother’s company. The company is a subsidiary that operates under Biomom, where the singer’s brother is the CEO.
The company recently announced its new business plan, an expansion into the entertainment industry and the recruitment of new employees. As a result, to increase contract speculation, Blissoo posted a hiring announcement with a photo of Jisooaccording to information published by the Allkpop portal.

When asked about hiring Jisoo, a Biomom representative said: “It is difficult to explain the company’s relationship with Blissoo. We do not know the CEO’s family relationships.” Until now, Jisoo has not yet commented on the matter.
Who is Jisoo?
Kim Ji-sooknown as Jisoo, is a Korean singer and actress. She became known for being one of the members of the k-pop group BLACKPINK, formed in 2016. Born on January 3, 1995 in Gunpo, South Korea, she made her acting debut in 2021, as the protagonist in the series Snowdrop.
After the end of her contract with YG Entertainment, the company that managed BLACKPINK, in 2023, the singer released her first solo single. Called “FLOWER”, the song was a success, reaching second position on the Billboard Global 200.
