But to put an end to the bloat, nutritionist Trista Best recommends replacing these fillings with oatmeal; “Oats are a great source of fiber and nutrients, making them a healthy meal or snack.” A grain that is also preferred for its nutritious properties; “The fiber in oatmeal keeps you feeling full longer, which can keep you from overeating in the morning,” explains the nutritionist. For a healthy, delicious alternative, an expert recommends topping oatmeal with tomatoes, eggs, mushrooms and spinach. Of course, all this will be supplemented by a balanced diet and sports activity.
