ARMY! How are you?
It’s a good weekend.
I have been serving as an assistant instructor for new recruits after completing an assistant instructor course at the 36th Infantry Division Recruit Training Center.
I haven’t had time to update you all because I have been very busy on a daily basis, as expected.
I wanted to keep you posted, even if it’s short, so here I am.
I couldn’t help but think about J-Hope this time last year as I serve in this hot July weather.
These two are completely different sides of me, but I feel like my passionate heart for the future remains the same!!!!
I wanted you all to know that I’m living like Jung Ho Seok and J-Hope whenever and wherever I am, haha.
ARMY, please be safe. I wish everyone, including the new recruits, good health!!!!
Salutation!”
Suga
Finally, Suga He presented himself to the Armed Forces on September 22, to begin his basic training. Unlike his already enlisted counterparts, Suga He does not serve as an active soldier, but as a public servant, since, according to the South Korean news agency Yonhap, he was considered “unfit for regular combat service”.
The specific reasons behind the decision were not made public. However, it is believed that the unfitness for combat was declared due to a shoulder injury suffered by the idol in a traffic accident in 2012.
Furthermore, it was also not revealed in which sector of the public service he is working, but it is known that public servants can be assigned as agents in government agencies and social assistance institutes, working in schools, government buildings, parks, nursing homes elderly people and subway stations, according to information from The Korea Herald.
