Chris Evans, Captain America, clarified rumors about the possible return of the original Avengers to the Marvel Cinematic Universe
Although many fans are still hopeful that the original six Avengers could still return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Chris EvansCaptain America, stated in an interview with the program The View, everything is just a theory.
“You know, I always see these reports too, and it’s news to me. I think every couple of months someone comes along saying they’re talking to [Robert] Downey, [Chris] Hemsworth and Scarlett [Johansson], and that everyone will come back! Nobody said anything to me.”, revealed the actor.
Despite stating that talks for a return are not happening, Chris he did not rule out the possibility of returning to play Captain America, if an opportunity arises.
“Look, I would never say never, but really — I’m very protective. It’s a very precious character to me, so it would have to be the [história] certain.”
It is worth remembering that, at the beginning of this month, Marvel announced the postponement of four films: “Deadpool 3”, which will now hit theaters on July 26, 2024, “Captain America: Brave New World”, with a new release scheduled for July 14 of February 2025, “Thunderbolts”, which was released on July 25, 2025, and “Blade”, which will be released on November 7, 2025.
