The year-end celebrations at Jacquemus are going to be bold. The designer has in fact unveiled a bold campaign for Guirlande, his collection designed for the occasion. Kendall Jenner posed almost completely naked, with her chest hidden by her hands. The French label’s top model was revealed lounging on a pastel yellow sofa wearing only her famous white and red Christmas hat and cotton panties. On the carpet we find a pair of shoes arranged casually; bright red strappy high-heeled mules set with asymmetrical buckles. The photo posted on the Instagram page of the brand created by Simon Porte Jacquemus does not fail to cause reactions. “Boring” or “regular”, visuals divide users.

Merck, a marketing strategy?
Far from its first attempt, the label has already highlighted the body without clothes in its previous campaigns. And not without controversy. Indeed, for the Winter 2021 collection, Kendall Jenner has already posed for photographer Drew Vickers, hanging from a rope, carrying only a bag over her shoulder and a pair of high socks that slide into her mules.
