BTS’ Jungkook’s Impressive Feat Was Accomplished With Three of His Solo Tracks
Jungkook, from BTS, achieved a unique record as a soloist on Spotify! This is because the idol charted three of his songs on Spotify’s Global Top Songs, being the first Korean solo artist to establish the brand on the music streaming platform. The information is from Soompi.
This happens because, in addition to topping Spotify’s daily Global Top Songs chart on October 20th with “Seven” (featuring Latto) — a track that also occupied three of the top 10 places last week —, the songs “3D” (featuring Jack Harlow) and “Too Much” (feat. The Kid LAROI It is Central Cee) also appeared among the top 10 songs, occupying ninth and tenth place in the ranking, respectively.
In fact, “Too Much”, which was released last Friday, the 20th, had more than 4.36 million streams in its first day on the music streaming platform. Check out the music video for the track below!
It is worth remembering that on November 3rd, Jungkook will release his first solo album. Titled “GOLDEN”, the album will feature 11 tracks in total, including the star’s digital singles that have already been released, such as “Seven” and “3D”.
Preparing ARMYs (as BTS fans are called), the agency responsible for managing the idol’s career, BIGHIT MUSIC, revealed that the album is “inspired by the golden moments of Jungkook, the golden maknae [membro mais jovem] of BTS and a solo artist” (via Soompi).
