1. Big Bong from Inside Out was a monster from Monsters Inc.
According to Jon Negroni, the same creator of the Pixar theory, Big Bong would have been the monster in charge of going to Riley’s room when she was just three years old, to make her laugh and generate energy. So, when she grew up, she transformed this being that came out of her wardrobe at dawn to tell her jokes into her imaginary best friend. This would have been the way in which her head managed to justify the fact that she always received a visit from a strange being in her room.
2. The whereabouts of Andy’s father from Toy Story
During the Toy Story movies, we never saw Andy’s father — not even in a photo! Furthermore, fans have also noticed that his mother doesn’t wear a wedding ring either. So where did he end up? There are two theories that could justify the man’s whereabouts. The first says that the boy’s parents had separated and, therefore, the woman would not wear a ring. However, the second hypothesis states that he probably died. For this reason, Andy would be so attached to his two dolls, to provide a father figure in his life.
3. Insects took over the world
Have you noticed that humans don’t appear in A Bug’s Life? And there is a theory that can explain exactly the reason behind this fact. She says that the plot takes place in a very distant future, where very few humans would still inhabit the Earth. In this way, only the insects remained, which developed to such an extent that they gained abilities similar to ours, such as speaking, thinking, wearing clothes and being able to open their own establishments.
4. Edna Moda was responsible for defeating Syndrome, from The Incríveis
Everyone knows that one of the best-known catchphrases of Edna Moda, the designer of The Incredibles, is that heroes cannot wear capes on their costumes, as they have been responsible for several horrible accidents.
However, this theory says that, before Mr. Incredible went to his office to ask for a new uniform, Syndrome would have gone ahead and also asked the woman to create a new outfit for him. During this meeting, Edna was suspicious of the boy’s true intentions and made him dress up with a cape, without telling him about the danger behind it. The result? The villain’s cape ends up being sucked in at the end of the film by a plane’s turbine.
5. Mr. Potato Head is the villain in Toy Story
Created by the Super Calin Brothers channel, this theory states that Mr. Potato Head is the true villain of Toy Story due to a fact that almost no one noticed: he is responsible for causing all the problems in the film because he is jealous of Woody.
The character has already shown his discomfort with the cowboy a few times, such as when he released the Christmas lights that would help Woody return home, as well as being the only one not to smile when he and Buzz finally return. Therefore, the theory states that all of Mr. Potato Head’s actions would be done with the intention of taking the place of Andy’s favorite toy.
