After several problems, Miley Cyrus requested a restraining order against a 52-year-old stalker

The man in question, who caused countless problems, is called Alexander Kardalian. He even asked for money and even talked about the ‘sexual desire’ he felt for the artist.
However, the situation worsened last year. It is said that Alexander broke into the artist’s house located in Los Angeles, California, USA, on two occasions. Furthermore, the sending of letters has not stopped. The invasions caused him to be expelled and also arrested later.
In August, Alexander Kardalian was released from prison, however, caused problems again for our eternal Hannah Montana. He showed up at her residence. He also draws attention to the fact that, when detained, he had sent another letter to the artist in which he talked about wanting to go to her house.
He was detained by authorities, who even stated that he would be arrested again if he did not withdraw. He ignored the threats and continued chasing Miley. On one occasion, Alexander even entered the singer’s address into her health insurance and claimed that he ‘doesn’t care about her life’ if she didn’t respond to attempts to contact her.
Restraining order
Faced with the threats, Miley sought help from the authorities. At the same time, she feared for the safety of Tish, her mother, and Maxx Morando, her boyfriend. Cyrus also expressed concern for the stalker’s mental health, which she defined as a ‘dangerous obsession with her’.
With the temporary restraining order, the stalker is prohibited from trying to contact, harass and attend events or shows that Miley is attending. With the order, he must respect a distance of at least 100 meters from his residence, car or anywhere the singer is.
