“It’s hard to live with dementia”
“What I’m learning is that living with dementia is hard,” Emma Hemming also says. It is difficult for the diagnosed person. It’s hard for the family too.”
When asked how she explains Bruce Willis’ illness to her children, the American answered: “We are a very honest and open family. “So it was important that we tell them what it is because I don’t want there to be any stigma or shame associated with their father’s diagnosis or any other form of dementia.”
