The Submariner is constantly evolving to improve performance and functionality. Case enlarged in 1959, dated from 1969, water resistant to 300 meters from 1979… It is also equipped with a rotating bezel Cerachrom disc from 2008.
Ambition
It shows one of the 8 main features of Rolex watches: water resistance. “We need to be able to create a case whose waterproofness ultimately guarantees our precise movements against damage from dust, sweat, water, heat and cold.
