BTS’s V releases cinematic music video for ‘Blue’

‘Blue’ is one of the b-sides from “Layover”, the album that marks the solo debut of V, from BTS

V, from BTS, released this Tuesday, the 12th, the MV for “Blue”, one of the b-sides from his solo album “Layover”. The track brings elements of old school R&B, while the cinematic clip follows the idol returning several times to the same address, where he insists on knocking on the door to be answered, but to no avail.

It is worth remembering that “Blue” is V’s fourth music video for his solo debut album, as until then, he had already released MVs for “Love Me Again” on August 9th, “Rainy Days” on August 11th and for the album’s title track, “Slow Dancing,” which was released on September 8.

Still, the idol will release a video for each track on the album, which means that V’s fans can look forward to another MV, as “Layover” also features the song “For Us”, as well as a piano version for “Slow Dancing”.

Additionally, the album, which was produced by Min Hee-jin, CEO of ADOR and producer of the girl group NewJeans, it marked the last solo debut of a member of BTS, the boy group for which V made his debut in the Korean music industry in 2013, alongside RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin It is Jungkook.

The last comeback with the full BTS lineup took place in June 2022, with “Yet To Come (The Most Beautiful Moment)”.
