We would like to update you on the progression of the SEVENTEEN S. Coups member’s medical treatment.
On August 10, S. Coups suffered a tear in his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his left knee while filming content. After receiving the necessary pre-surgical medical treatment as recommended by the medical team, he underwent surgery to restore his ACL and anterolateral ligament on Monday the 21st.
The surgery was a success and S.Coups was released from the hospital on Thursday morning, the 24th, and has been resting ever since.
S. Coups will only focus on recovery and rehabilitation for the foreseeable future as per the recommendation of the medical team. To speed up his recovery, S.Coups will wear a leg brace and use crutches and a wheelchair. Once the surgical site is healed, he will undergo physical therapy so that he can return to his fans in full health.
