Streaming service Hulu has released the trailer for the new season of the animated series Futurama.

“During a pizza delivery on New Year’s Eve 1999, Philip J. Fry is accidentally cryonically frozen and thawed a thousand years later. From the creator of The Simpsons, Futurama is a sci-fi animated comedy,” the description read.

The new season will feature the COVID-19 pandemic and the romantic relationship between the main characters Leela and Fry. In addition, modern gadgets will appear in the animated series, including a smart speaker.

As you know, Futurama is a sci-fi animated series created by Matt Groening and David Cohen, who produced the cult satirical animated series The Simpsons.
