Stop time, think and live in awareness. Why do we need rituals so much?

In a stressful world that promotes individualism, rituals offer us something to step aside. Above all, they invite awareness of the body, the meaning of life and what connects us to others, explains psychotherapist Thierry Janssen.

To remember, you have to go back three years. March 2020. Normal life comes to a standstill due to the pandemic and lockdown. Suddenly our daily life changes. Our routines, our habits are suspended.
