Elle McPherson is reviving 1990s fitness, her rhythmic choreographies, her spikes and her multi-hued jumps. This week, the Australian posted three videos of sports training on his Instagram page. On each, we see her doing a fifteen-minute aerobics sequence alongside California fitness trainer Karen Voight.

Vintage training is still effective
One nicknamed The Body by the magazine in 1989 Times, offers to spend with the rhythm on the electrosynthesizer background. With warm-ups, dance moves and targeted bodybuilding exercises, the routines led by Karen Voight engage the entire body. To recreate this vintage workout at home, Elle McPherson invites you to arm yourself with “a chair, a mat, optional weights, and plenty of water.”
A third video, posted by Elle McPherson, mixes “moves from boxing, basketball, soccer, karate, skateboarding and even swimming,” which he interprets as an introduction to the start of the session.
Wisdom and strength as you approach 60
In an Instagram post on May 27, the 59-year-old model wrote: “Today I stand in awe of the wisdom, grace and strength of my body. I’m passionate about the idea of being healthy and how it can affect your whole life and the way you live.” If the practice of aerobics is the secret of such a feeling, then now you know which sport to turn to.
