Check out some places present in the ‘Twilight’ saga movies that exist in real life and can be visited
Being one of the most successful sagas of the 2000s, the “Twilight” franchise, created by author Stephenie Meyer, presented the love story between Bella Swan, a human, and Edward Cullen, a vampire who is over 100 years old.
The plot is set in the city of Forks, in the United States, and has several locations that exist in real life and can be visited by fans of the saga. Thinking about it, Recreio separated an incredible list with five Twilight places that you can visit. Check out!
1. Isle of Esme
Introduced in “Breaking Dawn — Part 1”, the Isle of Esme is Edward and Bella’s chosen honeymoon location. The place is a Carlisle property located here in Brazil, and was named in honor of his wife, Esme.
The island, in fact, does not exist. However, the house where the couple stayed and where the scenes were recorded can be visited. It is located in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro, and can be rented by season.
2. House of the Cullens
Since the first film, the Cullen family home has drawn attention for being completely different from the vampire residences portrayed in fictional works, and having a modern concept, full of windows that let in sunlight.

The house is located in Portland, USA, and is a private family residence. This way, fans cannot enter the property to check out the rooms up close, however, it is possible to see the iconic street facade and take some photos for memory.
3. Bella’s House
Another striking location within the saga is the house in which the Swan family lives. In the plot, it is located in Forks, being responsible for numerous remarkable moments in history, such as Edward and Bella’s first kiss.

Meanwhile, in real life, the house is in St. Helens, Oregon, in the United States, and is available for rent through Airbnb. Due to the huge demand made by fans of the franchise, the residence is decorated exactly the same as in the films, and even has life-size totems of Bella, Edward and Jacob.
4. Baseball field
One of the most iconic scenes in the entire saga takes place in the very first film, when the Cullens get together to play baseball in the middle of a forest as a storm approaches.

Any “Twilight” fans looking to recreate this unforgettable sequence will need to head to The Shire in Washington’s Columbia River Gorge—and don’t forget your bat and ball.
5. School of Forks
During the first films, many scenes take place at Forks High School, the school where Bella starts to study as soon as she moves to Forks, and which is attended by Edward, Alice, Emmet, Jasper and Rosalie.

The Kalama High School, located in Kalama, Washington, in the United States, was responsible for serving as the location for the external recordings of Forks High School. As it is a public educational center that actually works, fans are not allowed to enter the institution, but they can visit the outside and take some pictures.
