According to him, films made not only in the territory of EAEU will participate in this award. The main selection criterion is adherence to ideological principles.
“I believe that through joint efforts it is possible to create a prize fund in the region of three to five million dollars. The prize will be awarded annually to each country entering the academy,” Mikhalkov said.
