Cannes, Day 4: A host of celebrities descend on the Palais des Festivals to attend the world premiere of Martin Scorsese’s latest film, Killers Of The Flower Moon. Among them, hidden under dark glasses, Isabelle Huppert looks unique. The 70-year-old actress stepped forward in a black lace dress with bold patterns on a flesh-colored background that offered the illusion of nudity, much like the see-through gowns that have populated red carpets in recent months. But it is not this detail that stands out at first glance. Isabelle Hooper has big shoulders, the signature of the label she represents: Balenciaga.
