The French actress is betting on Balenciaga silhouettes as glamorous as they are whimsical to walk up the stairs of Martin Scorsese’s film this Saturday, May 20.

Cannes, Day 4: A host of celebrities descend on the Palais des Festivals to attend the world premiere of Martin Scorsese’s latest film, Killers Of The Flower Moon. Among them, hidden under dark glasses, Isabelle Huppert looks unique. The 70-year-old actress stepped forward in a black lace dress with bold patterns on a flesh-colored background that offered the illusion of nudity, much like the see-through gowns that have populated red carpets in recent months. But it is not this detail that stands out at first glance. Isabelle Hooper has big shoulders, the signature of the label she represents: Balenciaga. As for her beauty, it is also stunning. a short hairstyle with golden highlights and wavy effects, it was styled by John Nollet for Carita Paris.

Coast of style

First shown during Fall/Winter 2023-2024 Fashion Week on March 5 in Paris, the Balenciaga dress may have seduced Isabelle Hooper thanks to its famous flared and rounded shoulder straps. The actress does not miss the opportunity to shine during the Cannes Film Festival, with an appearance that shocks the codes of traditional glamour.
