The group had turned 7 years since their debut in March of this year.

It is worth remembering that, in March of this year, the company had announced through the group’s social networks that the members Seungyeon and Yeeun had left the agency and the group after the end of their contracts, as well as with elkie in February 2021 and Sorn in November of the same year.
In addition, it is likely that the disbandment was scheduled for some time, since in August 2021, the member Choi Yujin made a statement during her appearance on the survival show Girls Planet 999, responsible for forming Kep1er, saying that CLC would not promote new work:
“The company informed that the team would have no more activities. I really gave my all to CLC. Our concept was mostly a tough girl style, so I felt invisible on stage. I still want to sing. So, through this show, I want to show my charms and different sides of myself. And I know I can do it.”
It is worth remembering that the last comeback made by the girl group was on September 2, 2020, where they released the popular single “Helicopter“. Remember!
CLC was a K-pop girl group formed by Cube Entertainment in 2015 that had 7 members in its original lineup: Seunghee, Yujin , Seungyeon, Yeeun and Eunbin, Elkie and Sorn Owners of hits like “Hobglobin” and “Blackdress”, their disbandment took place in May 2022.
