With guaranteed success since it hit the platform’s catalog on April 22, “Heartstopper” not only occupied the Top 10 of Netflix’s most viewed productions in just three days of debut, but also acquired the maximum approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The plot of the British series follows the unfolding of the novel lived by Nick Nelson (Connor Kit), a boy who is still discovering his sexuality, and Charlie Spring (Joe Locke), an openly gay young man.
“Heartstopper is inspired by the graphic novel of the same name “Heartstopper #1”, which was published in 2018, and written by Alice Oseman. Under the direction of Euros Lyn, the production has eight episodes in the first season made available by Netflix. See the trailer!
