In the Harry Potter books and films, Quidditch is a fictional sport played at Hogwarts.
Entitled ‘Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions’, the new game for PC and consoles derived from the franchise of the most beloved wizard of books and screens was announced by Warner Bros. Games last Monday, the 17th, through a teaser published on the company’s social networks. Watch!
The game adapts the fictional sport and takes players into Quidditch matches, where they can compete with their friends, as the game, which is developed by Unbroken Studios (responsible for “Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League”) is online and multiplayer, allowing multiple players to participate simultaneously in the same match.
‘Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions’ does not yet have a release date. However, the opening of registrations to play the test phase of the game has already been carried out, so interested players can access the official game and register to have their first experience with the game between April 21st and 22nd.
It is worth remembering that the game’s ad says: “Calling all batsmen, scorers, keepers and catchers”, which may be a small spoiler of the game, revealing that the player must choose between one of these categories before the matches.
In addition to ‘Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions’, in February this year Potterheads followed the release of ‘Hogwarts Legacy’, an RPG game developed by Avalanche, published by Warner Bros. Games, which is set in the 1800s and allows the player to become a Hogwarts student.
