Use of therapy
“That’s 33 years,” the actress writes as an introduction to her list of achievements. Among them is the selection of psychological followers. “I’ve been through a lot of therapy (AGAINST therapy!),” she writes.

He specifically mentions the loss of his grandfather and grandmother, but also the difficulties of getting out of his “Covid cocoon”.

Having been very active in politics for several years, especially through her role as UN Women Ambassador, the young woman regularly and publicly defends the benefits of seeing a psychologist. “I learned more about love and being a woman,” she also notes in her text.
No small victory

Finally, the young woman describes her small victories, always with a touch of irony. “I’m eating green stuff now,” she says. I even played golf and then tried to get all my girlfriends to learn too. I cut two of my thumbnails trying to make one for myself and then only managed to do it with one hand for months.
“It takes a whole village”
The actress concludes her post by thanking those around her for supporting her every day. In particular, she thanks the women in her community, her “wizards,” who “played such a vital role in helping (her) get to where (she) is today.” And to conclude using the popular expression. “It takes a whole village, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.”
