Drug dealer pleads guilty to selling heroin mixed with fentanyl actor Mr. The wire Michael K. Williamswhich led to his death, the U.S. District Attorney said.

Cartagena, who also called himself “Green Eyes”, was one of four men charged in February 2022 with conspiracy to distribute the tainted heroin that killed Williams.
He had been arrested in Puerto Rico earlier that month, the day before the arrest of three other conspirators in Manhattan.
What is fentanyl?
