The contestant, a stripper who was given a second audition to advance in the competition, was dealt a major blow ahead of her Hollywood Week duet with Kaya Stewart, daughter of Eurythmics’ Dave Stewart.
Stewart stated on stage that she was too ill to perform and was withdrawing from the show. This left Wilmore, who has previously hinted at abandonment issues, growing up in a drug-ravaged household, alone on stage and crying.
