On the afternoon of this Wednesday, the 23rd, Giulia Benite used her Twitter account to share that she could have lived the character Annabeth Chase in the new series of ‘Percy Jackson’. That’s because, the actress auditioned for the role some time ago, where she received the text and recorded a video staging one of the lines. Check out the video!

Responding to a netizen, Giulia even revealed that she was the one who chose the scene that should be used for her test. “[…] They let me pick a random Annabeth scene to record hahaha it could be any one from the book they said,” she explained.
In addition to Annabeth, in a previous tweet, the actress also said that she auditioned to live America Chavez, the heroine featured in “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”, a film released in May 2022 that featured Xochitl Gomez in the role.

The filming of ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’ ended in February, where the actress Leah Jeffries plays Annabeth Chase. The cast also has Walker Scobel in the lead role and Aryan Simhadri like Grover Underwood.
The plot has the following synopsis: “The fantastical story of a 12-year-old modern demigod, Percy Jackson, who is just beginning to come to terms with his supernatural powers when Zeus accuses him of stealing his thunderbolt. Now, Percy will need to cross America to find the weapon and restore order to Olympus.”
