Wanda Maximoff’s last appearance in the MCU was held in ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’
Fans of Wanda Maximoff may not be counting on the character’s return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in ‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’. That’s because, in an interview with Deadline, Elizabeth Olsen again mentioned that he will not appear in the new series.
I never know how to answer these questions. Except I don’t… I think I’ll go back.”
It is worth remembering that last year, olsen had told Good Morning America that she will not participate in the new WandaVision spin-off, stating that as far as she knew, her presence in the cast had not been confirmed.
I mean, I would do anything with [Kathryn] Hahn. I won’t be appearing on that show — or at least not that I know of. But I love that woman so much, and I had so much fun filming WandaVision with her… I hope Kevin Feige is watching this.”
Wanda’s last appearance in the MCU took place in ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’, where the character sacrifices herself to destroy the Darkhold in the final scenes. However, the body of the Scarlet Witch is not seen, which could mean that there is a possibility that she will return in the studio’s next productions.
‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’ stars Agatha Harkness, the villain played by Kathryn Hahn. The series that has Jac Schaeffer as screenwriter and executive producer, she must continue the story of the antagonist that appeared in ‘WandaVision’ and also unravel the mysteries of her past. The production does not yet have a release date revealed.
