Netflix will say Ukrainian borscht

In the film, a Ukrainian chef travels to different regions of the country and explores the most famous dish – borscht.

The Ukrainian documentary “Borscht. The Secret Ingredient” with chef Evgeny Klopotenko will be released on the Netflix streaming service. On Friday, March 10, Klopotenko announced this on Instagram.

In the film, Klopotenko travels to different regions of Ukraine and explores the traditional dish – borscht, as well as the search for its “secret ingredients”.

The heroes of the film cook the dish in different places in Ukraine: in the kitchen of the military field, in a Hutsul village, in the canteen of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, in a Lviv restaurant and in the house of a beekeeper near the border with Belarus.

Remember that Mila Kunis called Ukrainian borsch a Russian dish.

Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian borscht cooking culture was included in the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage.
