Joseph Quinn returns to comment on Eddie’s return in ‘Stranger Things’: “Unlikely”

Being one of the most popular series in the Netflixthe fifth and final season of “Stranger Things” should begin recording in June, as revealed by the actor david harbor recently, however, many fans are still unhappy with some of the events of season four, such as the death of the character Eddie, played byJoseph Quinn.

Since the end of the season, numerous theories have emerged on the internet stating that Eddie could return in the final episodes and, during the London Comic Com Spring 2023 held last weekend, Quinn returned to comment on a possible return of his character.

“They will start filming soon! I don’t know… I would love to – [mas] I died. […] I think it’s unlikely. That’s my honest answer.”

It is worth remembering that last year, joseph had already stated that he found Eddie’s return to the series difficult. In an interview with Access Hollywood, the star said: “To me, it feels like he’s gone… It’s kind of hard to bring him back, I would say, but I don’t know for sure.”

Furthermore, the brothers duffercreators of “Stranger Things”, have also commented on the subject, where they stated during their participation in the Happy Sad Confused podcast that Eddie really died, and will not return to the series.

Its most recent season was released last year, and features 9 episodes divided into 2 volumes, which together total 13 hours of content, making it the longest season of the production.
