As stated by BigHit Music, the company responsible for BTS, through a note, “on the street” is a track written by BTS himself. j-hope to “share your heartfelt feelings with your fans. The title “on the street” refers to the roots of j-hope — street dance — where his dream of becoming an artist began, and the path that artist and fans will continue to walk together.” The song has an official release scheduled for tomorrow, March 3, at 2:00 am (Brasília time).

Last weekend, BigHit announced that j-hope decided to start the process for his military enlistment by asking for the postponement of his entry into the army to be cancelled. In a note, the agency said:
“We would like to inform our fans that J-Hope has started the military enlistment process by requesting to cancel the postponement of his enlistment. We will inform you about new updates in a timely manner. We ask you for your continued love and support for J-Hope until he completes his military service and returns safely. Our company will spare no effort to provide support for our artist.”
So far, the exact date of enlistment has not yet been revealed. j-hope. With his enlistment in the military, he becomes the second BTS member to begin mandatory military service. The first was Jinwho enlisted last December at the 5th Infantry Division’s recruiting training center in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province.
