This bar, owned by the Paris Society group, which owns some of the most beautiful addresses in the capital, has the distinction of having a music scene. North of Pigalle, we immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of a New York jazz club. Red brick walls, welcoming Chesterfield couches, dimmed lights, we listen to as much hip-hop as we do rock or country before hitting the dance floor.

Designed by architect Isabelle Farran, the decor is very cocoon-like between velvet and dark wood. In the kitchen, chef Malcom Ecolas wanted dishes that echoed the musical programming that was open to the world. And the cocktail menu plays in the same register. Two sets at 21:00 and 22:30 on weekdays.
