Jeremy Renner revealed his “electrical stimulation workout” on Saturday as he continues on the road to recovery from a terrifying snowplow accident that left him with more than 30 broken bones earlier this year.
The “Mayor of Kingstown” actor posted an Instagram story about the workout, which involves devices that appear to be designed to strengthen the muscles in his right leg.
Renner, who rocked her sneakers during the workout, shared the clip along with a snippet of the Beatles song “Lady Madonna.”
Renner’s recent Instagram story is one of several updates from the Marvel Cinematic Universe actor, who was allegedly trying to save his grandson from a snowplow on New Year’s Day when he was injured.
In late January, Renner shared a photo of someone tending to his right leg, with a caption noting how his morning workouts — as well as his New Year’s resolutions — have changed since the incident.
“These 30+ broken bones will mend, grow stronger, as love and connection with family and friends deepen,” Renner wrote.
“Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” star Evangeline Lilly revealed earlier this month that Renner — whose Disney+ series “Rennervations” will arrive after her recovery — continued to laugh and giggle with friends back home after the accident. .
“This guy is made of very tough stuff. You could always see it in him, and he’s making an incredible recovery,” Lilly told Access Hollywood.
