After leaving the company MLD Entertainment at the end of last month, this Tuesday, the 14th, the members of MOMOLAND announced through their pages on Instagram the official disbandment of the group after almost seven years of activity.
With handwritten letters in both Korean and English and containing the same messages, hyebin, jane, Nayun, Joe, ahIt is nancy shared the following:
“First of all, we sincerely apologize to our Merries [fãs do MOMOLAND] who faced the news through an article. We are very sorry for the late update.
After a long and deep discussion, the six members decided to support each other to have a great new beginning going forward.
Even if we decided to walk our own paths towards our dreams, we MOMOLAND will always be a team.
We sincerely thank our dear Merry for giving us precious memories and being by our side these last seven years. Our Merry were everything to us and always will be.
We deeply regret not being able to let you know sooner, but we sincerely thank everyone who has patiently waited for us.
Moving forward, continue to support and love MOMOLAND and each member’s path.

Formed in 2016, MOMOLAND had nine members in its initial formation: hyebin, jane, Nayun, Joe, ah, nancy, Daisy, yeonwoo It is Taeha. However, yeonwoo It is Taeha left the group in 2019, while Daisy announced her departure in May 2020.
MOMOLAND’s last comeback took place in January 2022, through the single “Yummy Yummy Love”, in partnership with the Dominican singer natti natasha. Remember the MV!
