Comedian Chelsea Handler began her second night as guest host of “The Daily Show” by criticizing Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson for complaining about the number of black women appointed to federal courts by President Joe Biden.
Carlson complained this week that only five of the 97 justices confirmed by Biden are white men, while 22 are black women.
“I wish Tucker Carlson would come back and talk about how the hell he likes M&Ms,” Handler responded. “Why are you complaining? Having diversity in power is a dream come true for guys like you. Now you can blame women and black people for all your problems.
Handler brought more than insults to the table. She also brought receipts, noting that only 44 of the nation’s 784 federal judges are women of color even after Biden’s appointments.
“And that brings up a more important question, Tucker, why are you always such a whiny bitch?” she said. “All you do is complain, complain, complain and now I have to spend my time here complaining about you.”
