Kim Kardashian has a keen eye for aesthetics, even when it comes to her employees.
Speaking with Angie Martinez on Monday’s episode of his “IRL” podcast, the Skims founder shared why he requires his employees to have “uniforms.”
After Martinez asked Kardashian, who is known for her affinity for monochrome stylesIf she “color-coordinated” all her employees, the reality star said it was an “intentional” choice. She added: “I have uniforms. It’s not like, “Hey, this is like your uniform.” They’re just color palettes.”
He explained that staff can wear the clothes of their choice, but are given a dress code “manual” that says they can only wear shades of “gray, grey, black, white, navy, cream or khaki”.
