Located in the Science and Technology Center of Paris-Saclay, this project called In’Cube, which is scheduled to be inaugurated next January, is a key pillar of the renaissance of innovation at Danone. He is one of the two leading research figures in the group, alongside the other international center located in Utrecht (Netherlands). Danone also relies on 7 specialized centers (packaging, herbal products, specialized nutrition, etc.) and 55 local centers. “Our old center, which was already based in Sakla, was twenty years old and needed to be modernized.”Isabelle Esser, the new director of R&D, emphasizes.
